Studio Bynens
Thank you for choosing Studio Bynens.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for both you and Studio Bynens. By booking a photography session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
1. Booking
Your session is confirmed only after:
the online booking has been completed;
the full session fee has been paid.
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your appointment will only be secured once payment has been successfully received.
Studio Bynens accepts secure online payments through the booking platform.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I completely understand.
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your appointment will be accommodated whenever possible.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be guaranteed.
As your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, payments are non-refundable.
4. Studio Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Studio Bynens needs to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:
a new appointment
or a full refund
5. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to respect the following appointments.
If you expect to be late, please get in touch with Studio Bynens as soon as possible.
6. Outdoor Sessions
Outdoor sessions depend on weather conditions.
If the weather is unsuitable, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Number of Participants
Studio sessions are designed for a maximum of five participants, unless agreed otherwise before booking.
8. Children
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire session.
Their safety and well-being always come first.
9. Newborn Sessions
The comfort and safety of your baby are my highest priority.
Sessions are always conducted at your baby's pace, allowing time for feeding, cuddles, and breaks whenever needed.
No pose will ever compromise your baby's safety.
10. Artistic Style
When booking Studio Bynens, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and appreciate my editing style and artistic approach.
Images will be edited according to Studio Bynens' signature style.
RAW (unedited) images are never delivered.
11. Delivery
Your gallery will be delivered digitally.
The delivery time is generally between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the season and workload.
You will receive a private online gallery to download your images.
12. Additional Images
If available, additional edited photographs may be purchased separately after gallery delivery.
Prices are available upon request.
13. Copyright
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Studio Bynens.
Clients receive a personal licence allowing them to:
download
print
share their images for personal use
Images may not be sold, altered or used commercially without written permission.
14. Image Publication
Your privacy is important.
Your photographs will never be shared publicly without your permission.
Before every session, clients are invited to complete an image publication consent form.
Your choice will always be respected.
15. Force Majeure
Studio Bynens cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
severe weather
illness
accidents
government restrictions
natural disasters
Whenever possible, the session will be rescheduled.
16. Liability
Studio Bynens takes every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe environment.
However, clients participate in the session at their own responsibility.
Parents remain fully responsible for supervising their children throughout the session.
17. Acceptance
By booking a session with Studio Bynens, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
